On Monday, November 30th, NY Giant Rashad Jennings will host the 1st Annual “GIANT Night of Comedy” Team Fundraiser Reception & Show and he has asked Charles Fazzino to commemorate the event with a very special artwork. The event will take place at the Gotham Comedy Club, 208 W. 23rd St., NYC. The ticket price for “GIANT Night of Comedy” is $150 and includes a “Meet & Greet” with Rashad Jennings and his teammates including Eli Manning & Odell Beckham, Jr., a Reception with Hors D’ouevres and Open Bar, and Live & Silent Auction (6:30-8:30 p.m.) A special “Gotham Comedy Club Show”– emceed by “Stuttering” John Melendez & NBC4 Sportscaster Bruce Beck — will immediately follow (8:30-10 p.m.). It will feature famous comedians including “SNL” Cast Member Peter Davidson & Comedy Central’s “Daily Show” Correspondent Hasan Minhaj. Every attendee will also receive a Charles Fazzino commemorative poster and Fazzino will be on hand to autograph them.
The mission of the Rashad Jennings Foundation is to inspire youth by making education fun, to provide mentorship for individual success, and to promote health and fitness worldwide. The Foundation educates, inspires and encourages youth everywhere through three main initiatives: The RJF Reading Challenge, Mentorship and Camp 180. Rashad realizes that one of the key reasons why his childhood dreams are a reality today is because, in his youth, someone cared enough to inspire him through education, provide him with mentorship for success, and encourage health and fitness as a way of life. He’s looking to provide similar guidance for children in need.
